Brief Introduction of SOBUS

In the face of the great software outsourcing market and competitive domestic & overseas environment, 30 Shanghai software enterprises united into Software Offshore Business Union of Shanghai (Hereinafter referred to as SOBUS). The purpose of SOBUS is to combine various strengths, which help the companies to launch into the international market and quickly expand software outsourcing business in Shanghai. According to the principle of equality, cooperation and mutual benefits, SOBUS is set up as a nonprofit organization dealing with software outsourcing business. It is approved, supported and supervised by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, which provides SOBUS members with the most preferential policies to help develop software industry of Shanghai.

In 2011, Sobus still actively promote the outsourcing market of Shanghai. Today, some leading software enterprises have become the members of SOBUS. Among them, there are thousands software engineers, covering every level from system engineers, project manager to programmer. SOBUS will take Shanghai as its base and face the whole country for rapidly expanding the union.

SOBUS provides its members with good services such as establishing a software engineer training network, consulting work, and so on. We dedicate to improving the management and developing capabilities of SOBUS members to expand the whole strength and international influence of SOBUS so as to form a standard and fine market environment for software outsourcing business.

Sobus will absorb more and more software enterprises in Shanghai and attract software enterprises in other areas to jointly push software outsourcing business of China to a new stage.
